This session is designed with equal share of presentation and dialogue from audiences.
The speaker will be sharing his real-life experience on how he is acquiring domain
knowledge in IT and Business, embracing cross-cultural competence by getting
direct China experience.
Lim Wei Wah is Head of Global Shared Services, Field IT Site Infrastructure Services
of Microsoft. He is overall responsible for Microsoft Field IT Global Shared
Services encompasses Messaging, Collaborations, Real Time Communication (Voice/Conferencing/IM),
Network and Core Infrastructure. Wei Wah was based out of Beijing for 2.5 years
and was responsible for IT management for Microsoft Greater China region, covering
42 sites.
