	CEO & Senior Management The CEO Briefing series addresses the needs and interests of CEOs and Senior Managers through presentations by leading minds and cross-sharing of experiences.
	Business-related & Entrepreneurial We support members who are keen to start their own businesses with practical workshops - Be Your Own Boss. Each of the four modules covers one basic but crucial aspect in starting any business. This includes the essential know-how of business planning, marketing and sales, accounting and finance, and legal issues and considerations. The Biz Startup@SIM series also provides further assistance with full-day sessions focusing on specific industries and businesses. Members hear and learn first-hand from experienced and self-starter entrepreneurs about the pitfalls and practical tips in running a business.  SIM Business Insights is a sharing session by business leaders, giving insights into their challenges and successes in managing their businesses.
	Career Development The responsibility to chart your own career path and manage your career success rest in your own hands. Whether you are embarking on a new career, thinking of a mid-career switch or exploring alternative careers, our series of career workshops is specially designed to help you at each stage of your career path.  Some of our popular workshops include, Power-Up Your Career with Emotional Intelligence with specific sessions on how to write a winning resume and performing your best at an interview; Office Politics, how to survive and conquer instead of becoming a victim; Career Options with Harrison Assessments which uses a professional psychometric evaluation to help you find out the occupations that best suit you and the Harrison Assessments Accreditation Programme which certifies you as a consultant in the Harrison Assessments system for applications in talent discovery, talent management and talent development. E-Career Services Our career development workshops are complemented with a suite of e-career services under our Members’ Hub. These services are exclusively for SIM members and are free!  • Ask-the-Career-Coach –  Send in any career-related queries or difficulties you are facing and get the advice of our professional career coach. • Free resume review – Submit your resume and have it reviewed by our certified professional resume writer for tips on improvements. • On-line job bank – For Corporate Members, advertise job vacancies and for Individual Members, look for a job which may just be the right fit for you. • Monthly career article and career tip – Read up at your own leisure and keep up to date with developments in the job market and work scene.

	Networking In today’s economy, networking has become a vital business success factor. SIM Membership Services organise regular networking events to help our members move in the right circles, to make contact and to connect. Our complimentary SIM Members’ Nights are organised to welcome our new individual and corporate members. These informal social sessions provide a platform for members to get to know one another, to network and to exchange news and ideas. In addition, half-day workshops on networking skills such as Working the Networking and Executive Networking are conducted to impart members with tips and techniques for successful networking.
	SIM Members' Day  The SIM Members' Day is an annual event showcasing the myriad of programmes and activities available from the SIM Group. The full-day programme includes concurrent talks on a wide range of management, professional and personal development topics as well as fringe events such as management video screenings, children’s workshops, a book fair and flea market.
	SIM Annual Management Lecture This SIM hallmark event gives members an opportunity to hear from world-renowned speakers who will address issues and new developments that have significant impact on the practice of professional management. The speaker of this prestigious lectureship will also conduct a Senior Management Seminar which provides powerful insights and ideas for senior executives who have major responsibilities in their companies.
	National & Asian Management Competitions The National Management Competition (NMC) allows members to compete in a computer-simulated business environment and to hone their business and management skills. The champion teams from the Open and School Categories proceed to represent Singapore in the Asian Management Game.
