is the founder of the social enterprise, Aii (or ‘love’ in Chinese),
which firmly believes that the less fortunate and less privileged in society deserves an equal opportunity in life.

Aii hires and empowers the hearing-impaired to run the full operations of the company from sales and marketing to conceptualizing and packaging corporate and wedding gifts and favors. Aii has been featured in the newspapers, on radio, on online portals and is a winner of the 2012 Enabling Employers Awards.
